While many students derive from the metropolitan area, a significant number choose to live in the Dormitory, located at 202 West 84th Street in the heart of New York''s dynamic West Side Jewish community. Dormitory students enjoy proximity to a wide range of educational, cultural, religious, and social opportunities. Supermarkets and other shopping facilities are located in the immediate vicinity of the dormitories. Dormitory residences typically include a bedroom, a living room and dining area, a fully-equipped kitchen, private bathroom, and ample closets and storage space. Each dormitory also has a Social/Study Lounge. The dormitory facilities are supervised by dormitory counselors, usually graduates of College, who report directly to the Dean of Students. All students are expected to abide by the code of conduct which governs dormitory life at . Students living in the dormitories are placed, on request, with mba families for Shabbat and certain Jewish Holidays. Most of the placements are made in Manhattan. The Shabbat Visitation Program is coordinated through the head mba counselors in the Men''s and Women''s dormitories.

Honor Societies College recognizes and rewards academic excellence and scholastic achievement in a variety of ways. Students who undertake 15 credits and who earn a semester grade point average of 3.4 or better are named to the College''s mba Dean''s List and may be named to the National Dean''s List. Top-ranking seniors and juniors are selected annually for inclusion in Who''s Who Among American College and University Students. Three National Honor Societies have established chapters at College. They are Omincron Delta Epsilon, the International Honor Society in Economics and Business, The American Psychological Society, and Alpha Chi, an honor society recognizing general academic excellence. Seniors are selected for membership in these societies on the basis of outstanding scholastic achievement and service to the institution. A staff of experienced counselors is available to help students with personal problems, or emotional difficulties, educational counseling (choosing a major, study skills), and vocational decision-making (appraisal of interests, exploring career options and requirements).
